Trap N Chill

A journalist at Trap N Chill blog thinks that the natural environment the instruments and vocals placed in an opera house is bad production.

Trap N Chill: The vocals are great but the music production just is lacking the professional production quality that we’re looking for. The hight hats are super loud and the bass is a bit too muted. Definitely need to clean up the percussion and give this a bit more of a full sound, with better production this would be a killer track!

Breeze Response: I can understand why you would come to this conclusion being a blogger and not an engineer.

The elements of the song that you are describing are meant to be lower and higher due to the frequency of each element. The point of this song is to put the listener in an opera house setting which would make the bass sound the way it does and the hit hats sound the way it doe to the human ear.

If you noticed well enough you’d also hear that the vocals are more behind of the instruments on this record. I made these decisions to tell a story, mixed with a natural environment, to bring this song to light with its realness.

Thank you for the review and I hope my next song would match your genre category!
